The wallbox in Mercedes-Benz design convinces with up to 22 kW AC charging power (depending on the vehicle) and can be mounted both inside and out. With the Mercedes-Benz Wallbox Service, you receive an attractive all-round carefree package: the wallbox, an on-site check, installation and commissioning, as well as a 24-month guarantee including on-site replacement service.
With the Mercedes-Benz Wallbox Service, you purchase a voucher for an on-site check or installation of the Mercedes-Benz Wallbox.
The following variants of the installation service are currently available:
On-site check P2
(for vehicles with a loader larger than 3.7 kW)
- On-site check and advice on the optimal charging and shortest charging time
- Submission of an individual offer for the installation work and, if necessary, necessary permits to the energy supplier
- 24 months on-site replacement service when installed by the installation partner
- 24 months warranty
Standard installation package P1
(for vehicles with a on-board charger up to 3.7 kW)
- Onsite Check
- Standard installation (3.7 kW) incl. 10 m surface-mounted cable, miniature circuit breaker and RCCB type A
- Connection and commissioning of the Mercedes-Benz Wallbox
- Any work beyond the standard installation will be offered separately, if necessary also including the necessary permits from the energy supplier
- 24 months on-site replacement service when installed by the installation partner
- 24 months warranty
